Abstract: 

In “Spot Cheese Market: Market Oversight Has Increased, but Concerns Remain about Potential Manipulation,” the Government Accountability Office found that the spot cheese market of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange remains a market in which few daily trades occur and a small number of traders account for the majority of trades, and that questions persist about the market’s susceptibility to price manipulation.
