Abstract: 

Since the fall of 2009 we have seen a spate of investigations of price-fixing and bid-rigging in the municipal securities market by several federal and state agencies. Numerous major banks and other financial institutions, as well as officials and former officials, have been caught in the web. Professionals in the field need to stay on top of these developments.
