Abstract: 

Both the Young Lawyers Division (YLD) and the Domestic Violence Commission (DV Commission) of the American Bar Association (ABA) are acutely aware of the lack of legal services for most battered women. They are undertaking to fill this need. This article discusses a training session held in Washington, DC, to address this gap.
