Abstract:
Domestic Violence Report continues to monitor federal court developments on the 1994 Gun Control Act amendments that prohibit the possession of a firearm by those subject to domestic violence restraining orders and by domestic violence misdemeanants. This article discusses recent court cases on the subject. Including: US v. Morrison; US v. Baker; US v. Hancock; US v. Kafka; US v. Beavers; US v. Mitchell; US v. Hutzell; US v.
