Abstract: 

This article takes a look at Progress and Challenges: Viewpoints on the Trial Court's Response to Domestic Violence. Report of the Domestic Violence Court Assessment I'mject ofthe Administrative Office of the Trial Court, August, 2003. The Report places the issues, initiatives, and systemic responses reported by participants on a continuum ranging from what works well to areas where the courts are making progress to areas where the courts need to do better.
