Abstract: 

This column summarizes and discusses recent cases on the subject of restraining orders, including Corwell v. Corwell, 179 P.3d 821 (Utah Ct. App. 2008); In re Robertson, 940 A.2d 1050 (D.C. Ct. App. 2008); State v. Price, 886 N.E.2d 852 (Ohio 2008); Raynes v. Rogers , 955 A.2d 1135(Vt. 2008); Donaldson v. Donaldson, 2008 WL 1795252 (Cal. Ct. App.2008)(unpub); and Moore v. Moore, 657 S.E.2d 743 (S.C. 2008).
