Abstract:
Our regular review of important court decisions includes a ruling from Kentucky (Lee v. King, 2020 WL 1970579, Ky. Ct. App. 2020), in which the issuance of a protection order was affirmed where conduct was part of cycle of control and harassment; and Vermont, where a restraining order against a police officer was vacated over strong dissent (McCool v. Macura, 224 A.3d 847, Vt. 2019).Keywords: Protective Orders
