Domestic Violence Report

Abstract: 

Cases reviewed include: Two mothers lose custody after findings of parental alienation; neglect finding reversed where attorney for the children failed to advocate for children’s desire to live with mother; a mother presented adequate evidence for a hearing on custody modification; a Father is granted primary custody, despite child’s wishes; Siblings are separated in custody case involving both violence and alienation; the reappointment of parenting coordinator is ordered in a case involving domestic violence and custody interference; and a mother is granted custody where alleged alienation was due to the father’s own “bad behavior.”
