Abstract:
Cases reviewed include: A woman petitions for stay-away and residence exclusion orders against her attacker, the building manager; an attorney is found to have committed misconduct after engaging in an extreme and pervasive pattern of conduct involving harassment and dishonesty after a break-up; a father of four has his parental rights revoked after murdering the children\'s mother; a woman files a claim for unemployment insurance benefits after quitting her job and moving out of state to flee an abusive ex-spouse; a mediation and support agreement is revisited after a restraining order is introduced; a domestic violence restraining order renewal is granted regardless of the absence of abuse during the original period.Keywords: Salvattera v.
