Abstract: 

Jessica Pearson conducted a national survey of 200 court-based divorce mediation programs and published the results in her study, “Mediating when Domestic Violence is a Factor: Policies and Practices in Court-Based Divorce Mediation Programs.” Her findings and conclusions—including the startling fact that more than 50% of divorce cases nationwide involve domestic violence—are reviewed here.
