Abstract: 

Reports of financial exploitation and other forms of abuse, particularly among the elderly and vulnerable, is an increasing problem and concern to society. This paper has been developed as an educational tool to assist in raising awareness of the problem, and how to prevent or mitigate it. It contains specific definitions of the types and forms of exploitation and means of dealing with them.
