Abstract: 

How effective is Michigan’s Department of Human Services’ (DHS) oversight of its APS? “Not effective,” says Michigan’s Auditor General. That was just one of many findings issued by the Michigan Office of the Auditor General (OAG) in its July 2014 report of a “performance audit” of Michigan’s APS.
