Abstract:
This issue marks the first in a series in which we describe specific CJ-DATS projects and, when possible, share preliminary results. The current Texas Christian University Study explores the Performance Indicators for Corrections (PIC) project. The study's preliminary findings show, for example, that females have higher treatment needs, higher levels of psychological problems, and lower criminal thinking scores. Other measures and results are included. Keywords: treatment needs
