Abstract:
This issue reviews three legal proceedings. A desperate drug addict throws himself at the mercy of the court in an attempt to seek needed drug treatment, deliberate indifference is alleged when a paroled inmate is denied prescribed pain medication after an auto accident under the threat that it would violate [his] parole, a man objects that his condition of supervised release was not orally pronounced at the time of sentencing, violating his constitutional rights.Keywords: Tapia v.
