Abstract:
The effective treatment and management of offenders diagnosed with severe personality disorders is often a major challenge for correctional administrations and staff. Personality disorders are generally chronic and lifelong in nature unless adequately treated. This article highlights different strategies for dealing with severe personality disorders in a correctional setting.Keywords: mental health
