Abstract: 

This article highlights the author’s survey study of international proponents of restorative justice. The purpose of the survey was to identify critical practice issues in this emerging field. The survey addressed the proponents’ connection to restorative justice, their experience in the field, the most important restorative justice values, the most endangered values, issues that must be addressed, and frontier issues.
