Abstract:

Pankow attempts to gain a better understanding of individual-level asocial functioning in prison-based drug treatment programs as a foundation for future group-level research. The focus of her study is to: 1. Model and confirm a two-factor solution of asociality consistent with the literature using TCU client assessment items; and to 2. Examine the relationship between asociality and treatment engagement to establish the predictive validity of the asocial scales.
