Abstract:
This issue reviews two cases: a New York State inmate alleges that his placement in solitary confinement for a term of three years for improperly keeping certain legal documents in his cell and related conduct was unconstitutional, and a Florida inmate who was serving life sentences for a murder and a burglary with assault committed when he was 17, argues that his sentence is illegal even though worded so as to skirt the Miller decision. Keywords: Peoples v.
