Abstract:
In this case it is claimed that Arpaio’s insistence that male detainees wear pink underwear and the force used at the jail to dress Vogel, a diagnosed schizophrenic, in that fashion put him at increased risk of the kind of arrhythmia that killed 36-year-old Vogel.Keywords: Wagner v.
