Abstract:
The DOC is found to have a non-delegable duty to assure adequate medical care to inmates that is not limited to life-threatening conditions; and that inmates have a right of access to their medical records accompanied by a procedure by which to correct inaccurate records.Keywords: J.D.A. v.
