Maine School Admin. Dist., 2020 WL 5880471 (D. Maine), in which a school counselor was sued for telling a 16-year girl that the principle’s obvious sexual grooming of the girls was “normal” and not to report it; Taylor v. McDonald, 978 F.3d 209 (5th Cir. 2020), involving a Texas prisoner who claimed his Vitek procedural rights were violated when he was transferred to a prison psychiatric unit; and several other shorter cases.
