Abstract:

An inmate at FCI Elkton, Ohio, seeks compassionate release pursuant to 18 U.S.C. ยง 3852(c)(1)(A), claiming that Elkton is a highly dangerous facility with inadequate safety measures to combat the corona virus particularly with his physical conditions. Judge Wolford ultimately decides against granting release because the inmate fails to exhaust administrative remedies.
