Abstract: 

The complete issue version includes links from table of contents entries to articles, and link article continuations, to facilitate reading. In addition to all the single articles listed separately, the complete issue includes short treatments of a tentative agreement in Pennsylvania to reduce wait times for treating the incompetent criminal defendant, a suit filed by the mother of a murder victim against the state that she believes released the inmate prematurely to kill again, a commentary on mental illness and violence with a side bar on an emergent new forensic term—“extreme overvalued belief”, annual staff mental health training in New York, and prescription authority for trained psychologists in Iowa.
