Abstract:
Inmates who are truly dangerous to themselves and others need a special place of confinement for at least a time. A snappy dog is not kept on a short leash forever. Aren't even the least among humans entitled to at least the same housing concerns as even the most regal of our pets? Keywords: Vasquez v.
