Abstract:
Eliminating subjectivity when conducting a treatment evaluation for alcohol- related motor vehicle offenders is a challenge for mental health practitioners. Seeking objective criteria on which a recommendation can be based may be difficult when verbal reporting is the primary information source. This article discusses how referring to the Bill of Particulars/Supporting Deposition can be used to enhance the interview.Keywords: Bill of Particulars/ Supporting Deposition; Breathalyser®; Alkasensor®;
