Abstract: 

There was a lot of action in state legislatures during the months of May through August 2010. Fifty-four bills were enacted into law that dealt with aggressive driving, impaired driving, distracted driving, senior driving issues, and teen driving issues. A quick look at the news also points out that local jurisdictions are continuing their battle against texting while driving. This article addresses legislature under aggressive driving; distracted driving, impaired driving, and teen drivers.
