Abstract: 

This article discusses the increase in alcohol ads in magazines associated with teen readership, the statistics of rural crashes versus city crashes, ankle bracelets that monitor BAC, race based abuse programs in Arizona, alcohol advertising’s influence on underage drinking, an Eastern European immigrant’s fatal crash in Ireland, methamphetamines among Native Americans, and a driver in Florida responsible for the deaths of three vacationers in an alcohol related crash.
