Abstract: 

This article discusses safety of various vehicles, the gas prices’ effect on SUV and pickup sales, a program aimed at deterring parents from hosting underage drinking, the Lifesavers National Conference, the child of alcoholics and his shooting rampage in Minnesota, a publicist driving her SUV into a crowd, alcohol abuse in the NYPD and NYCFD, and a Syracuse police chief’s drunk driving incident.
