Abstract:
The good news in the fight against drunk driving is that alcohol-related traffic fatalities have decreased 33% since 1982, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). However, the number of alcohol- related traffic deaths has been slowly increasing since 2000.
