Abstract:
Drunk driving accounts for nearly one-third of all fatal traffic accidents in the United States each year. To keep impaired drivers off the road, several states have turned to ignition-interlock devices, which prevent alcohol-impaired drivers from starting their vehicles. But do the devices work?
