Abstract:
The practice of employing misleading information relating to postgraduate employment and salaries, licensing status, and accreditation is explored in four cases involving a diagnostic medical ultrasound technician (DMUT) program, a foreign nursing program, a school of pharmacy, and a well-known law school.Keywords: Suarez v.
