Abstract: 

Court cases addressing campus issues involving a student’s case against a university aftet being sexually assaulted in her room (University of Maine owes duty to students), a court order overturned in a certification case (NLRB order overturned in Quinnipiac College certification case), and a woman’s case against a university after being dismissed from the graduate program (fellowship student not a university employee).
