Abstract: 

This issue of CS&SD introduces you to Dolores Card. Dolores serves as the director of the Syracuse University Rape, Advocacy, Prevention and Education (RAPE) Center one of the few campus-based rape crisis centers in existence. Dolores also directs the New York State Intercollegiate Coalition Against Sexual Assault (ICASA), headquartered in the Syracuse University RAPE Center, and is a central figure in the creation of the National Intercollegiate Coalition Against Sexual Assault (NICASA). The article is an interview discussing her job,her organizations, and their impact.
