Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases dealing with campus issues involving a new bill requiring sex offenders to contact campus police (new California law requires sex offenders to register with campus police), a family’s claim of wrongful death and survivorship against a university (university not liable for pedestrian death on public road), and a law student’s claim under Title IX (male student’s Title IX harassment claim survives summary judgment).
