Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases dealing with campus issues involving a student’s suspension and the ensuing lawsuit (student wins first round in reinstatement battle at Holy Cross), a student’s sexual harassment lawsuit (alleged conduct not severe; summary judgment stands), a student newspaper’s suit against the school Dean (student newspaper victim of prior restraint).
