Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases involving a pizza deliveryman’s lawsuit against a fraternity (fraternity members attack pizza deliveryman), a man’s lawsuit after being unable to find employment (private college not liable for alleged failure to find employment), and a wrestling association’s lawsuit on the grounds of gender discrimination (wrestling associations’ attempt at Title IX relief denied).
