Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases dealing with campus issues involving a lawsuit against a university alleging that they allowed students to keep alcohol in their room (university sued over drinking and driving crash), a student’s lawsuit against a university and a professor for not warning her of sexual assault while abroad (no private Right of Action under Title IX for sexual assault while abroad).
