Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases addressing campus issues involving a student’s ability to sue under a California law (California court states that former student cannot sue under California’s “Leonard Law”), a lawsuit under Title IX of the Education Act of 1972 stating deliberate indifference to student’s complaints (court finds no deliberate indifference in Title IX action).
