Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases dealing with campus issues involving whether a campus police departments records could be made public (Georgia Supreme Court upholds secrecy of campus police records), the reversal of a decision based on a special verdict form (failure to exhaust administrative remedies causes $3 Million verdict to be overturned).
