Abstract: 

Seven inmates in the custody of the Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC), bring a class action on behalf of themselves and all current and future HIV-positive prisoners incarcerated in ADOC facilities challenging their policies mandating housing in a separate dorm and exclusion from food-service jobs.
