Abstract: 

An action is brought by a Texas inmate claiming his age, high blood pressure and extremely high temperatures amounted to a violation of the Eighth Amendment. An inmate claims wanton and unnecessary infliction of pain when he is kept naked and restrained while awaiting the keys to pass through his system.
