Abstract: 

Quality defined globally is a degree or a grade of excellence. People and organizations around the world have embraced it as a conceptual flag to rally around. There isn’t a business or an individual that would not want to have his product or service considered to be of high quality. Quality today may be overused and it well may be a cliche, a term that advertises more than it describes.
