Abstract:
Davis v. Agosto, 2004 U.S. App. LEXIS 3950 (6th Cir. February 27, 2004) is a somewhat unusual case in that the plaintiff was not complaining that the medical treatment he had received was inadequate, but rather that the medical treatment had been rendered without his consent.Keywords: Washington v.
