Abstract:

On March 6, 2006, the United States Supreme Court announced that it has granted certiorari and will review the decisions under which two Sixth Circuit prisoner litigation cases were dismissed because of the plaintiffs’ failure to exhaust all available administrative remedies (2006 U.S. LEXIS 2030 and 2006 U.S. LEXIS 2031). The cases have been consolidated and will be argued during the Supreme Court’s next term, which begins in October 2006.
