Abstract:

This installment of Litigation covers three cases: An inmate alleges deliberately indifference to a lesion on his nose and other painful conditions related to his nose after a spider bite and files for an injunction requiring an outside biopsy, a New York State prison inmate claims he was denied necessary medical treatment for Hepatitis C by several prison employees in retaliation for filing of several grievances against them, and a California inmate claims that better, more timely treatment for endocarditis would have forestalled her eventual heart valve replacement surgery.
