Abstract: 

The Arizona Department of Corrections (DOC) is under siege for its health care deficiencies and that includes dental care. This article includes a brief section of the report by the plaintiffs’ dental expert describing a less than sterling prison dental program and supplemental medical expert report by Robert L. Cohen, M.D. reporting “shockingly poor care” for patients suffering with cancer that in his view, clearly caused or hastened the death of multiple inmates.
