Impaired Driving Update

Abstract: 

A voluntary agreement by 18 automakers and the Department of Transportation (DOT) is reached at the 2016 Detroit Auto Show to revolutionize the way NHTSA and the auto industry approach vehicle safety. The agreement, including the statement of four principles and the commitment to work collaboratively, is excerpted and summarized here.
