Abstract:
In a rare bipartisan effort, Congress enacted the Campus Accountability and Safety Act, which makes substantial amendments to the Clery Act (20 U.S.C. Sec. 1092(f)) regarding the obligations of colleges in dealing with the problem of sexual assault and similar crimes. This article examines the most important of these newly enacted amendments.Keywords: Clery Act
