Abstract:
A judge suspends all but one month of a teacher's 15-year prison sentence based on, what he termed, the student's implied culpability. The sentence of a pedophile who originally walked free from court after his victim, 13, was branded ‘predatory’ is revised to two years. Keywords: State of Montana v.
