Abstract: 

Huber et al. summarize the planning, implementation, and results of a new mental health court and jail diversion program in La Crosse County, Wisconsin. La Crosse County is of interest because it is a major regional hub and has a large population. These factors make La Crosse County an excellent pilot site for health and human services innovations.
